How we obtained your data
Obtained from the individual concerned: if you are already a client/supplier (current or potential), or a researcher, or if you send us a CV to work with us, you have provided them to us, either off-line or on-line when requesting our services, to maintain contact and communication with you, to provide the requested services, to manage your CV or, where appropriate, to maintain the contractual relationship with you.
Obtained automatically when visiting our website: when you access the page, fill out any form with personal data, or communicate with us directly by email. Data sent automatically may include the user's IP address, date and time of the visit, URL of the site the user came from, pages visited, and information about the browser used.
Purpose
The data can be processed for different purposes, for example:
- If you are a client/supplier or researcher, to maintain contact and communication with you, provide the requested services, or maintain the contractual relationship.
- If you are a mere user of our website or an email sender/recipient, to manage the requests you make to us online.
- If you provide us your curriculum vitae, we will contact you and manage the selection processes we carry out.

Retention period
