A career that
grows with you
Through Next Gen, our internship programme, students and early-career professionals gain hands-on experience working alongside world-class researchers and engineers at the forefront of Li-metal battery development.
Learning doesn't stop at joining Basquevolt. Through PowerUp, our annual talent development programme, we invest in the continuous growth of our people — strengthening technical capabilities, broadening perspectives and supporting both professional and personal development as the company scales.
In collaboration with leading academic and research institutions, we have developed specialised training programmes in battery technology, manufacturing and industrialisation.
